When will my preorder ship?
Stock arrives from Korea in waves with a three to six week lead time. We email you a confirmed ship date as soon as your wave lands, and your launch discount is applied automatically.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free shipping on all devices within New Zealand. Smaller items like the gel ship free when added to a device order.
What warranty do the devices come with?
Every device carries a 12-month New Zealand warranty on manufacturing defects, handled directly by Onui. No overseas shipping or paperwork.
Can I return a device?
Unopened items can be returned within 2 weeks. For warranty issues on opened devices, contact us and we will sort a repair or replacement.
How often should I use the device?
DualTetra is tuned for daily use — about eight minutes a session, suitable for all skin types including sensitive, combination, oily and dry.
Do I need the gel?
Yes for ultrasound modes — the Glow Boosting Gel is a high-slip conducting gel that lets the device glide and transmit properly. One bottle pairs with every device.
